Your questions, answered!

You'll save time, money, and the hassle of setting up a website yourself by hiring a professional.

Free WordPress themes, are only as good as their developer. The quality of the free and paid themes differ dramatically. Even if you select an excellent theme, you still need to add your content properly, set up your site and domain name(s), and handle everything that goes into creating an effective website. This can be extremely time consuming, and involves a steep learning curve if you have never used WordPress before.

A good web designer is tremendously valuable to your business. They not only help you navigate the complexities of the web, but they also help you create a professional online presence. This is more important today than it ever has been. Most people use Google or another online search engine when researching products or services. If your website is outdated, broken, or not mobile-friendly, you are potentially losing clients and revenue. Investing in your own future by hiring a professional web designer will pay off tremendously.

You can live anywhere and still use our services. That's the beauty of the web!

We use email, Skype, and screen-sharing software to communicate with our clients. Design is a process, and we want you to be part of it! We make it very easy to stay connected and share your ideas, regardless of where you live.

That is usually a difficult question to answer, since there are a lot of factors involved. We recommend that you book a FREE, no-obligation consultation with our designer (a $275 value).

You can create a booking here.

Absolutely! We'll need your login details for your website and your web hosting account. Please contact us for more information.

Our preferred method of communication is email. We may also use Skype or Zoom. If you are a new client, feel free to contact us.

We require that you pay the initial payment before any work begins. You will receive a proposal and a client agreement (contract), which clearly outlines costs, deliverables, and project timelines. For "a la carte" services, we require a service deposit to be paid before any work is completed. This covers our time and expenses.

Please be advised that all initial payments and service deposits are non-refundable. The service deposit for "a la carte" services, however, covers the first hour of work. If the project does not take one hour to complete, you'll be refunded the difference.

We accept PayPal and major credit cards through Stripe and payment portals. Payment is received securely through our invoicing software. All fees are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We will always work with you to ensure that you are satisfied with our work. However, once a project has been completed or a design/marketing strategy as been client approved, we need to charge for the time involved to make additional changes. Since these changes are beyond the scope of the initial project, an addendum will be issued, based on an hourly rate of $100/hour.

Please be advised that these fees are non-refundable.

No, we don't. We've found that most of our clients already have web hosting, but if you're not sure where to start, we can help guide you in the right direction.

No, we do not. You would need to go through a domain registrar. If you're not sure where to start, we can help guide you in the right direction.

Oh, a surprise livestock question! We're glad you asked!

You are correct - an adult female sheep is called a "ewe". Depending on the breed and bloodline, some ewes have horns while others do not. We based our logo on the Wiltshire Horn breed, since both sexes naturally have curled horns. The curled horn of a sheep echos the Nautilus shell and the golden ratio, a principle of design which has been adopted from nature. We think it illustrates our business model quite nicely - providing great design and service, while respecting our environment.

Our clients are really amazing people from all walks of life, a wide spectrum of businesses, and based all over the world. The most important factor in keeping everyone happy is communication. We expect our clients to give us feedback in a timely manner, as we will do the same. We strive to be as transparent as possible with our policies, timelines, and prices. We want our clients to be just as open with us. If you have questions, need something clarified, or have any concerns about a project - just let us know. We are here for you, and at the end of the day, we want you to be happy.

We're so thrilled! To get started, please contact us or book a free Skype chat with our designer. We can't wait to hear about your project!
