Good question! Social media management is a service we offer to businesses who don't want to manage their own social media profiles or pages. This includes Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. It is a form of online marketing, and incredibly important for customer service and gaining new customers or clients. Marketing in this way is time-consuming, and can be tricky to get right. Many of our clients are small business owners, and are already tired from their demanding schedules. The least thing they want to do is jump on their business's Facebook page at the end of the day.

That's why we offer this invaluable service. We create custom strategies suited to each individual business, to increase online engagement, create happy customers, and help increase revenue.

Absolutely! We'll need your login details for your website and your web hosting account. Please contact us for more information.

Our preferred method of communication is email. We may also use Skype along with screen sharing software for training purposes. If you are a new client, feel free to contact us.

We require that you pay the issued invoice before any work begins. You will receive a proposal and a client agreement (contract), which clearly outlines costs, services rendered and payment schedules. We need to receive your approval of these documents and payment for your initial instalment before any work is completed. For "a la carte" services, we require a service deposit to be paid before any work is completed. This covers our time and expenses.

Please be advised that all initial instalments are non-refundable. The service deposit for "a la carte" services, however, covers the first two hours of work. If the project does not take two hours to complete, you'll be refunded the difference.

We accept PayPal and major credit cards through Stripe and payment portals. Payment is received securely through our invoicing software, and through our content management system (CMS) platform as required. All fees are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We will always work with you to ensure that you are satisfied with our work. However, once a project has been completed or a design/marketing strategy as been client approved, we need to charge for the time involved to make additional changes. Since these changes are beyond the scope of the initial project, an addendum will be issued, based on an hourly rate of $100/hour.

No, we don't. We've found that most of our clients already have web hosting, but if you're not sure where to start, we can help guide you in the right direction.

If you have purchased website hosting through us, then we can also host your email address(es). This is done through the cPanel of your web hosting account.

Oh, a surprise livestock question! We're glad you asked!

You are correct - an adult female sheep is called a "ewe". Depending on the breed and bloodline, some ewes have horns while others do not. We based our logo on the Wiltshire Horn breed, since both sexes naturally have curled horns. The curled horn of a sheep echos the Nautilus shell and the golden ratio, a principle of design which has been adopted from nature. We think it illustrates our business model quite nicely - providing great design and service, while respecting our environment.

We started the Farmer's Initiative to help our local, small, sustainable farmers and CSAs (Community Supported Agriculture) reach a broader audience online. If you're a sustainable farmer and need your website redone, we are willing to offer our design services at a 50% discount (not including the required hosted CMS subscription or website hosting fees). If your small farm is located in Ontario, we may be able to accept bartering, but that is up to our discretion. We only accept one farmer per month through this program.
